What do I need to create my digital teammate?

Nothing technical. After subscribing you get a link by email: point it at your website (we read and learn it), write what it should know, add documents or images. Ready the same day.

How do my clients talk to it?

You get your own link (your-brand.huminth.com). Put it in your email signature, on a website button, or send it via WhatsApp. Clients click and join — talk by voice or type, nothing to install.

What if it doesn't know an answer?

It only answers from the knowledge you loaded. When unsure, it says so and points to your contact. It never invents prices or promises — that's a hard rule.

Can I adjust it later?

Anytime. Request the edit link on our site, write what you want changed in plain language (for example, "be more formal" or "add service X") and republish. No passwords.

How does the €19 + VAT starter work?

Your first purchase costs €19 + VAT and gives you 50 meeting minutes to use within 15 days — plenty of time to build your teammate and test it with real clients. After 15 days the €49 + VAT/month subscription starts. Cancel before that and you pay nothing more.

What happens when the minutes run out?

You're emailed before they do. Buy extra minutes on the spot: +50 for €24.50 + VAT or +100 for €49 + VAT — pack minutes never expire. Without a pack, the teammate pauses until renewal.

Do my clients know it's an AI?

Yes, always — it identifies itself as a digital teammate at the door and during the meeting, and recording is announced before it starts. That's what the EU AI Act requires, and it's what builds trust.

Can I choose my teammate's face?

Yes. You get a catalog of dozens of professional avatars, male and female, for every sector. You pick the face and voice; the knowledge is your company's.

Which languages does it speak?

Over 45 country+language pairs, with the right accent: Portuguese from Portugal or Brazil, US or UK English, Spanish from Spain or Latin America, French, German, Japanese… You set the main language; visitors can pick another when joining the meeting.

Can I cancel?
