The service: a digital teammate (AI) that takes online meetings on behalf of your company. The first purchase (starter) costs €19 + VAT and includes 50 meeting minutes, valid for 15 days. After that period the €49 + VAT monthly subscription starts, with 100 minutes per month. You can buy extra minutes: +50-minute packs for €24.50 + VAT or +100-minute packs for €49 + VAT — pack minutes never expire; plan minutes renew each cycle and do not roll over. You may cancel during the starter period and nothing further is charged.
How minutes are counted: we count each meeting's active time — from start to the last interaction — rounded up to the next 15-second block (a 1m05s meeting counts as 1m15s — we never round up to whole extra minutes). Every meeting email shows exactly what was used and what remains.
AI transparency: the teammate always identifies itself as an AI, at the door and during the meeting, in line with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50). Recording is always announced before it starts.
Your content: the customer is responsible for the knowledge uploaded and warrants the right to use it. The teammate only answers from that knowledge and makes no promises on the company's behalf beyond it.
Cancellation: anytime, no lock-in. Service continues until the end of the paid period; started periods are not refunded.
Availability: we work to keep the service always on, but — like any internet service — occasional interruptions can happen (maintenance, supplier outages). We restore service as fast as possible; we are not liable for indirect losses caused by temporary unavailability.
